During the holiday season there are many scents that fill the air that make it known that it is that time of the year! I wanted to share some of our favorite essential oil scents that remind us of Christmas and the happiness that comes this time of year. May your Christmas be full of the smells of the season!

Myrrh Essential Oil

It contains many essential oils within and as I inhale the smell, it imprints in my mind and heart the feeling of Christmas. In times when you feel doubtful, confused, or unsettled; this balancing blend may be the best option to help. Balance is an amazing aromatherapy blend that has a powerful calming effects on the central nervous system.
Let's take a quick look at what is in some of the oils in Balance.
Spruce: Used by the American Indians for medicinal and spiritual purposes. They believed it had the power to capture the universal energy on earth. Spruce has been used for back and joint discomforts, assisting for healing of infections, and immune support.
